Meet Kelsey! Kelsey is an 18 month old shepherd mix who is incredibly sweet and loving. Kelsey came to us from a less then ideal situation where she was never taught proper manners. Despite her less than stellar start to life she is incredibly sweet. She loves to be hugged and even give hugs back! Kelsey has never met a stranger and gets along well with other dogs and cats.
